As many of you know I am generally a disaster in the kitchen. I’m always in a hurry between the gym, the bar, my research, and teaching at the University. So I prefer prepping and cooking things that are raw (hummus, salad, sandwiches, slaws, salsas, ceviche, and such). Saves me time and effort, cause I’m not very vigilant over the stove top, and often burn and destroy things. However, Sonja Morgan has given me new hope with her upcoming toaster oven cookbook. I recently tried out her white broiled fish and asparagus recipe from her YouYube channel, and I must say it was delicious and simple, and I did not burn down the kitchen. I’m looking forward to her book release because I’m excited to see what other recipes she has in store for us.
